which one is your ideal Yoga Balance?

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga traditionally focuses on posture and breathing techniques to channel vital energy sources. In Sanskrit, Hatha translates to force. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes are usually 45 minutes to 90 minutes of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.

smart yoga

Smart Yoga has many merits, including clarity of purpose and lightness of style. Smart Yoga is concise and clear-headed and, therefore, beneficial to both someone who has practiced yoga steadily and to someone coming to it for the first time. The Alexander Technique is comprehensive without being overwhelming.

sensual yoga

Sensual Yoga helps you develop heightened self-confidence, increased sensuality, and comfort with ease in your body. It helps to appreciate your femininity and power. The first step is learning to “listen” to the whisper of your body, its unique shape, and emotions. In our classes, we begin slowly, breath by breath, with round flowing movements to come into our feeling body.

power yoga

Power yoga enhances stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus. Like all physical activities, it relieves tension and releases toxins through sweat. Because it is rigorous, it burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga and, therefore, can help with weight loss.
